QSL_SENT |

This field serves to flag a QSO if the QSL was finally sent. The QSL_sent field does not belong to the QSO essentials. As a consequence data integrity is not checked before logging. The QSL_sent field can include one character only.
The following characters are allowed for a meaningful entry:
You just leave the field empty if you do not send a QSL card. You could skip this field from the input line and save time and space in case of busy logging. Of course, it can be changed if you do decide to send a QSL card at a later date. We recommend, however, to keep this field on the active line for a standard QSO's arrangement.
The QSL printing facility in TurboLog 4 will later allow to automatically insert a "Y" ( by the "Mark as Sent" action) on user command. Of course you can also enter "Y" during a QSO here if you tend to write QSL cards manually and while you have not logged the QSO yet.
The Bulk Update from LoTW procedure will set this field to L.
The DXCC Application procedure will mark this field by X if the QSL card corresponding to this particular log record was selected for submission to the ARRL's DXCC desk for credit to your records. This is done in view of a later Bulk Update DXCC Accepted.
Like all other fields the QSL_sent field can be customized on the loginput line. All features described for customizing the loginput line apply for this field.
