QSL  Operations

The QSL Operations are available either from the QSL button on the logbook's top menu line or from the context menu by Right Mouse Key Clicking into the logbook window.  The latter pops up the following menu box:

With either a selected log record or a selected range of records you can perform the following QSL operations:

Flag QSO to sent QSL via bureau > Shift+F2

Flag QSO to sent QSL direct > Shift+F3

Flag QSL sent via OQSL > Shift+F8

Mark QSL received > Shift+F4

Mark QSL accepted > Shift+F5

 

You can either click the command line from the menu or press the indicated keys in order to perform the selected operation. If you commanded for example to "Flag QSQ to send QSL via bureau" you are prompted by the following pop up before the operation will be performed:

If you decided to select...

 

Flag QSO to sent QSL direct > Shift+F3

Flag QSL sent via OQSL > Shift+F8

Mark QSL received > Shift+F4

 

 

... a follow on pop up will prompt you for the following option which allows you to automatically enter all necessary details of the log record into the QSL Admin database:

Along with this operation there also is an automatic date input to the logging fields QSL_sent_date and QSL_rcvd_date. The actual date of the operation will be entered.

 

Answering the dialogue will conclude your selected operations.
